  1. Take 1 cup Milk
  2. Take 2 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp Cinnamon & Sugar Mix
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp Vanilla
  5. Take 3 medium Eggs
  6. Get 3 cup Raisin Bran or Corn Flakes
  7. Prepare 3 slice Whole Wheat Bread

Steps to make Crispy French Toast:
  1. Preheat oven at 350°
  2. Mix Milk, Eggs, Vanilla, Ground Cinnamon together and put to the side
  3. Crunch or ground Cereal in separate bowl.
  4. Dip slices of bread in wet mixture, coating both sides. Then, coat bread into cereal mixture, both sides.
  5. Use spray butter and coat frying pan. Fry for approx. 2-3 minutes, both sides or until golden. *Center will still be moist.
  6. Put French toast in the oven for approx. 10 minutes or until center is completely firm.
  7. Let set for 3 minutes. Add optional cinnamon/sugar mixture and butter mix or powdered sugar
