The ingredients needed to make LeVié Shortrib Curry:
  1. Take 1 kg Shortrib cut into blocks
  2. Get 2 Large Potatoes
  3. Prepare 1 Large Onion
  4. Get 1 Packet Mushrooms
  5. Prepare 250 g Carrots
  6. Take 250 g Baby Marrow
  7. Take Salt & Pepper
  8. Take Cubes Stock
  9. Get Your Curry Mix
Instructions to make LeVié Shortrib Curry:
  1. In a pot fry your onions and mushrooms with 100ml oil till cooked. Now add your Curry mix and fry for 2 minutes. Add your cut Potatoes and fry extra 2 minutes.
  2. I used this for my curry mix, a teaspoon of each. Now add your meat of choice and fry till brown. In a measure jug add 600ml of boiling water and dissolve stock cubes, 2 of each and add to your pot, while stirring occasionally.
  3. I used the stock cubes. Cook your Curry till meat is tender and soft. At the end add your carrots and baby marrow and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Your pot is now ready. Dish. I served mine with Tastic Brown Rice. Some Chutney and Coconut. Bon Appétit.
