- Dissolve the yeast in 1/2 cup water and add to the flour mix
- Add the oil and the rest of the water and mix it with your hands very throughly for 8 minutes till it become soft and little sticky.
- Make it as a ball, cover it and leave it in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, fry onions in a fry pan till it becomes gold.
- Add tuna, salt, pepper, chicken stocks and leeks. Stir for a few minutes and turn fire off and leave it.
- Mix the sesame paste, lime juice, salt and stir till it becomes white thick mix. Add most of it to the tuna mix and leave some for the dip.
- Add some oil and flour to the oven dish to prevent the dough from sticking
- Extend the dough on the dish till it reaches the edges and more. Put the tuna mix in the middle and fold the edges towards the center.
- Put inside the oven over heat of 230° for 35 minutes or until you make sure the bread is done and a golden color appears on surface. Serve it warm with the Sesame Dip.
