- Defrost seafood mix and spiraling marrow. In a pan on medium heat fry onion garlic and habanero chilli. In a blender, blend tomatoes then add paprika and basil. Blend that too.
- And tomato mix and then add wine and bring to boil for 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to simmer and add marine mix. Stir it in for 2 minutes then add the marrow
- Mix it in, cover pot and turn heat off. Marrow will cook using heat. Adding the marrow added a lot of water to the sauce which I didn’t mind but if you do steam the marrow separately. Serve hot with salt and pepper.
