  2. Make ready 150 kg steak mince
  3. Prepare 2 can chopped tomatoes

  7. Make ready 1 cup grated cheese

  9. Take 2 tsp Worcester sauce

  5. Then put the canned tomatoes, chilli, Worcester sauce and Rosemary and leave to book for 5min. preheat the oven on 200c.
  6. As it is 5 min add the mince in marrow and put cheese on top. add the lid of the marrow on top and wrap the stuffed marrow with a string and Tin foil and put in oven for 1hr 30min.
  7. If the skin of the marrow still hard put it in longer. check by putting a normal knife through it.
  8. when done slice the stuffed marrow by the width and use a big spoon to dish on plate and a fork to hold together. And there you have a gorgeous stuffed marrow.

This stuffed marrow with mince recipe is easy and delicious. You can use your favourite mince recipe such as bolognese or chilli (or vegetarian options) to stuff a marrow, so do experiment. Chunky, mild tasting marrow is best cooked with strong flavours. We tried this on the Riverford staff and it went down pretty well (nearly as well as the all-day breakfast). Stuffed marrow is one of our favourite marrow recipes as it is an easy way to get loads of flavour into this mild vegetable.
