- Melt the butter over low flame and add the condensed milk (100g is a small can)
- while stiring continously add the coacoa powder
- Stir well until the cocoa powder has fully blended
- Off the flame and add the biscuits into ( mix to coat well)
- When all the biscuits are nicely coated transfer the biscuits onto a tray and sprinkle nuts over it
- Keep it in freezer for 3 hours min
Once butter is melted take it off the stove and mix in your icing. Mix the cocoa, caster sugar and oil together. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking until fully combined. Stir the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt together in a separate bowl, then add to the cocoa mixture and mix until a soft dough forms. Add vanilla essence, cocoa and biscuit crumbs and mix well.
