- Wash and soak rice 1-2hrs and grind coarsly. Wash Chop betel leaf and churn coursly.
- Now boil milk in a pan add coursly grinded rice and sugar stir cont. till milk reduce in 1/2quantity. Let it cool on room temp.
- Add coursly grinded betel leaves. Kewra water khus syrup rose arc desicated coconut trutti frutti crushed fennelseeds gulkand mix well.
- Transfer in clay pot to set. Garnish with cherry. Now take a betel leaf add desicated coconut trutti frutti slightly sprinkle rose arc.
