The ingredients needed to make Paan Ladoo!!:
  1. Prepare 2 tablespoons Mixed nuts
  2. Prepare 2 tablespoons Gulkand
  3. Make ready 20 Betel leaves(Paan)
  4. Get 2 tablespoons Condensed Milk
  5. Make ready 3-4 tablespoons Desiccated Coconut

Today it is easy coconut ladoo with paan leaves. To make paan coconut ladoo recipe we need grated or desiccated coconut. Sooji or rava ladoo is one of the easiest Diwali sweet that you can make in few minutes. These are sweet balls made using semolina (sooji/rava), ghee For making this ladoo, you first need to roast the sooji, stirring it continuously.

Steps to make Paan Ladoo!!:
  1. Take mixed nuts in a bowl and add to it gulkand and combine well.
  2. Take betel leaves. Wash and wipe them with a cloth. Let it dry for sometime. Cut into pieces and transfer it to a blender. Add condensed milk and blend.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and mix well. Add Dessicated Coconut and again mix well.
  4. Make small balls of the mixture and flatten it. Place the gulkand stuffing in the middle and roll into a ball.
  5. Delicious Pan Ladoo is ready! Enjoy these laddus after lunch or dinner.

Semolina burns very quickly once it's hot so you have to keep stirring. Rava laddu also known as suji ladoo are delicious & aromatic sweet balls made with semolina, ghee, sugar and coconut. So if you want to make rava ladoo with milk, then make the mixture & store it in a jar for upto a month. When needed just take a portion of this to a bowl and bind it with some milk.
