Instructions to make Betel / Paan leaf Aam Panna:
  1. Peel, wash and chop mangoes.
  2. Add chopped mangoes and water in pressure cooker.
  3. Close the lid of the cooker and pressure cook for 6 whistles on high flame.
  4. Switch off the flame and let it cool completely.
  5. When cooled open the lid.
  6. Take mixer jar add mangoes with water, mint leaves, paan leaf.
  7. Beat it to a smooth puree.
  8. Add sugar, cumin powder and black salt.
  9. Beat it again.
  10. Pour the prepared panna mixture in air tight jar and keep in fridge.
  11. Take a glass.
  12. Pour 2 tbsp panna mixture in it.
  13. Pour cold water and ice cubes on it.
  14. Mix well and serve.
