  1. Cover the wheat with water and set aside for one hour or until the water is absorbed.
  2. Heat the oil and and the garlic, stir and sautéed . Then the spam ham cut into 1/2" cubes . Next the bell pepper.
  3. Add the wheat, continue mixing for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. One minute before serving add the chives and cilantro and mix. Served garnished with the tomato.
  5. Add 1 cup water, salt, cover and lower heat to low-medium. Cook for approximate 15 minutes or until is soft. Stir once or twice during cooking process.
