Steps to make Blueberry Muffin Cookies:
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set this aside.
  2. Using a stand mixer with the paddle attachment or a hand mixer, beat the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar on high speed until it's combined and fluffy.
