- Continue to cook and when the water is about to evaporate add chopped coriander leaves and let the water evaporate completely which will take approximately about 15 mins.
- Your boiled fish with bamboo shoots is ready. Let it cool down completely and gently spoon them in a serving dish and serve with steamed rice.
I prefer the fermented bamboo shoot than the canned version. Fermented bamboo shoot has more taste. Its tangy (love tangy with spicy hot). Make sure to wash it once before cooking. I don't know about you guys but I love ferme.
