  2. Take 2 Potatoes
  3. Take 1 cup black sesame
  4. Get 50 grams fermented bamboo shoots
  5. Prepare 2 medium Onions finely chopped
  6. Prepare 1 medium tomato
  7. Get As per taste Ghost Chilli
  8. Prepare 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  9. Take 1 tsp Garam Masala
  10. Make ready 2 tsp lemon juice
  11. Take to taste Salt

Finely slice red pepper, bamboo shoots, and soaked mushrooms. For the sauce, add light soy sauce, dark rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and rice Add chili paste and fry until the red oil comes out. Add red bell pepper, mushroom and bamboo shoots. Chinese sesame paste is a popular condiment used in noodles, salad, hot-pot dipping sauce, etc.

Steps to make Pork with thick paste of Sesame, Bamboo shoots and Ghost Chilli:
  1. Wash the pork meat very well. Boil it and drain the water. Add salt and Turmeric in boiling. Boil the potatoes also
  2. Roast the sesame for 10-12 min till it releases the smell and keep aside
  3. In a hot pan add 2 tsp oil. Add chopped onion and ginger Garlic paste to it. Stir till Ginger Garlic paste are nicely done then add the Tomatoes and half of Bamboo shoots. Add garam masala, Salt and Ghost Chilli and cook well. Once done let it cool completely for grind
  4. After cooling down add roasted sesame to it and grind for a fine paste
  5. Now in a pan add 2 tsp oil. Add onions, stir still it turns into golden brown. Then add the porks. Add salt and 1/2 tsp Garam Masala. Mix well and cover it for 3min in low flame. Then add the boil potatoes and mix it. Cook for another 2 mins then add the grinded paste
  6. Add a little water and cover it for 3 more min in low flame. After 3 mins add 2 tsp lemon juice, mix and off the flame
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice

It can be substituted in three ways. In my recipes, I always use PURE Chinese sesame paste which has a very thick consistency (on the left of the photo above).
