  7. Prepare Salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, paprika, cayenne

  9. Take 4 oz cream cheese

Remove brats from beer and cut and slice. Add beer to vegetable/flour mixture and whisk until all the flour has dissolved into beer. Add water, chicken base, and heavy cream. Witha burr mixer, purée vegetables until smooth and everything has melted. Add remaining cheese using a whisk.
